Outdoor Accommodation

Fordell Firs provides a mix of woodland and grassed camping areas for small and large groups. With water points available throughout the site and a large toilet and shower block situated centrally within the camping area, you’ll feel comfortable wherever you are. We can also hire tents, patrol boxes, mess tents, marquees, tables and benches. Firewood and alter fires are available all year round too!

The Garth Morrison Lodge

Sleeps 30 people with 1 en-suite room sleeping 4, 1 en-suite room fully adapted for individuals with special needs sleeping 2 and a drying room, project room and state of the art dining area and kitchen.

The Henderson Building

Sleeps 37 people in bunk style rooms and complete with large dining area, well-equipped kitchen and toilets and showers on both floors. The Henderson Building offers facilities for people with additional needs, including a stairlift and disabled shower.

Cabin Village

The Cabin Village includes 4, 8 person Cabins and 1, 3 person Leaders Pod that is situated in its own exclusive area.

Each Cabin is kitted out with lighting and heating. All are fitted with bunk beds and comfortable mattresses.

Beside the Village, there is a Gazebo which houses a dining area with tables, benches and a double gas burner stove with cooking utensil box. Gas is provided.
Current full capacity is 35 people, but we will be looking to add 2 more pods in the near future so keep an eye out for updates on when we are able to increase capacity.

Activity Hall

This large hall can be used for a variety of activities for example, circus skills, archery, pioneering and team games. Particularly handy should we get a bit of rain.
