Join us as we scale the skies and fundraise vital funds to help more young people in Scotland experience the life-changing power of adventure through Scouts.

The Kelpies Guided Aerial Experience allows participants to take part in an adventure-based fundraiser where you’ll crawl, climb and abseil your way up and back down Scotland’s most recognisable mythological creatures.

This will be an amazing day to show Scotland what Scouting is all about, have lots of fun and raise money to support more young people across Scotland.

Spaces for the experience are limited so make sure to sign up quick before you miss out.

Dates and key information

• The event will take place on the 5th of October and the aerial experiences are split into hour-long slots.
• Participants are required to raise a minimum of £250 per person and pay a £30 sign-up fee to confirm your place.
• Participants must be over 10 years of age/minimum height – 140cm. 10- 17 years old will need to be accompanied on the course with their parent or guardian who will also need to be a ticket holder.
• Individual bookings only.
• You must comply with and understand the Rules of Participation, which includes maximum weight and height information.

Please note: The Kelpies Experience involves climbing 25 meters to the mouth of the Kelpies using a series of seven ladders, cables crossing, suspended platforms, nets and aerial course features before descending back down to ground level either by abseil or a quick flight device (an automatic rope based descending device that provides an initial ‘free fall’ experience before lowering to the ground). The Kelpies Experience is mentally and physically challenging with high levels of height exposure, a requirement to climb ladders, crawl, crouch and walk across uneven and sloped terrain.
